Would RecommendExcellent customer service. Cut the blinds in minimal time to our exact measurements. The reason I did not give the product a 5 star is I don’t like the way these feel; feel thinner and more like layered paper. Also the last pair had a little grab handle on the bottom to make the ease of pulling down easy. These do not have that. However, these rise with much ease.
