What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these blackout shades for exceptional light-blocking performance and easy installation, with most noting they deliver true blackout in bedrooms and enable better sleep. The cordless design, sleek aesthetic, and in-store custom cutting service are frequently highlighted as major advantages. However, some users report mechanical failures in lift mechanisms, endcap fit issues, and durability concerns that affect long-term use. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find the product delivers on its promises and recommend it.

Would RecommendI bought the cellular blinds. I needed them to be cut by about an inch. There were not any associates in the window section. I walked to the floor section and explained to the associate that I needed the cellular blinds cut about an inch. The associate informed me that he could make the cut. I was impressed. He made the cut and taped the box under 2 minutes. Great Job!!!

Directions are sorely lacking
Would Not RecommendWithout YouTube videos, I would not have been able to hang or shorten these blinds. The directions given with the product is sorely lacking in providing guidance on how to make adjustments. I spent too many hours trying to understand the needed steps. Would not recommend to others and I am a savvy do-it-yourself person.

Great purchase
Would RecommendEasy to install. Does an excellent job darkening the room. Moves very smoothly without the cord and can adjust to different heights easily, allowing for the full window light to come in when wanted. It's been a great purchase, especially for the price.

Outstanding Customer Service
Would Recommendwindow blinds for my home because I needed to make sure everything was in compliance for an upcoming HOA inspection. Gerrell and Andrew went above and beyond to help me locate exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure I left the store with the right product. Instead of simply pointing me toward an aisle, they took the time to assist me, answer my questions, and make the entire process easy and stress-free. That level of custom...

Easy custom fit as a reasonable price.
Would RecommendGetting it cut to size was easy, but be ready with a vacuum when opening as there are some shavings left over.
