best knives ever
I have had some of my Rada knives & peelers for 40+ years. When they start to dull, my husband sharpens them & once again, they are cutting like they are new. I give them as gifts. The recipients tell me later how much they love the product. All of my Rada products are hand washed, they never go into the dishwasher. You can't go wrong with a Rada purchase.

Disappointed
I have put this knife in a "donate" box. The bread knife will not cleanly cut through an Italian loaf of bread, and it doesn't do a very good job on a bakery bagel, either. Back to using my 20-yr-old bread knife...

6" Bread Knife Is Great
The 6" bread knife is exactly what I wanted in a bread knife. Doesn't mash the bread while slicing through it. Exactly the right length to not be cumbersome. Great knife!

Really Really Nice Knives
I bought my first knive quite a few years ago through the local High schools kitchen and found it to really hold a edge. When it gets a we bit dull a couple swipes on a steel and it is back in super sharp shape. Much easier to sharpen than expensive Chicago Cutlery or other store bought brands. Seriously the best Chefs kitchen knife I have. So I bought a spare and 3 or four other knives.
