My go to peeling knife
This purchase was based off of me having this knife for over 10 years and it is my go to peeling knife, I will dig through the drawer until I find this one knife. My current purchase was for 3 additional knifes - one for each of my grown children. Have to say that I do prefer the black handle to the stainless, just for the way it feels. I just recently received a good amount of pears. I used my new paring knife to peel and core them. This is a wonderful knife. The size is perfect and it did away with the peelings and then it was no problem coring them with this little gem of a knife. Thank you Rada!
