Made of cheap pot metal and the outside handle breaks easily and are outlandishly expensive to replace! We are looking to get away from Larson storm doors for this reason. For what the cost of the door the handle should be stainless or some other sturdier metal. The replacement handle is $80 and you will be lucky if it lasts 6 months.

Outside handle is way too loose.
Outside handle wiggles like it is about to break straight out of the package, but is the only style that fits this door.

It was the perfect replacement that i needed for my storm door.

Missing Key
This was obviously a returned item when I picked this up because it was wrapped in tape. When I get home to install it, the key is missing! If you're going to resell returned items, PLEASE make sure all components are present. And now I have no option to return this item.

Ordered this for online pick up. Once I obtained it, it had obviously been returned previously as the package was taped back together. All seemed well until I went to install it... There was no key in the package! And now I am not getting an option to return this or get a refund. If you are going to resell returned items, PLEASE make sure all of the components are present!
