Poor quality, warranty is poo

 Would Not Recommend

I really enjoyed the feature where the top pulls down and the screen is open. However, the latch that holds that piece is crap even though we had a warranty, Larson sent us a repair kit for us to do our ourselves. Not only did the latch mechanism break so did the mechanism that opens and closes the door which caused the top piece to fall through and the screen to rip pulling off the roller for the screen option so now I am left with a repair kit and I’m not handy and Larson refuses to send me a ...
