Customers overwhelmingly praise these door knobs for straightforward installation completed in under ten minutes with clear instructions and intuitive design. Reviewers consistently highlight solid construction, smooth operation, and reliable performance as key strengths. Many emphasize attractive finishes like satin nickel that match existing hardware beautifully. disappointed with delivery service
Our order was placed this morning, along with the $15.00 delivery fee. I got notifications that the package was on the way and that they arrived at our location. However, it was not. I was then notified that our order had been taken back, and we were refunded the price of the package, but not the delivery fee. I will not be using the delivery service again, it has been a complete waste of time.
