Good door handles, function properly. These don't come apart so that you can access the screws to attach to the door.

No Notification
Would RecommendI live 25 miles away from the Lowe's store. I placed the online order for pickup in the AM and took a chance and drove to Lowe's to see if the order was ready in the PM since I did not receive an order ready notification. Took a considerable amount of time for customer service to find the order, which was ready.

Easy Install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was so simple. Sleek design that is also easy to grip when opening or closing the door. The locking feature works perfectly. I am very pleased with the new doorknob.

Single Direction Door Opener
Only turns in one direction to open door. The one that this replaced would open the door whether you turned clockwise or counter clockwise.
