I love how strong this thing is. Got a free extra battery. I have about 1/3 of an acre and quite a few gardens and brushes to trim around. I only used 1/2 a charge. I put the extra battery in storage. My only issue is you cannot buy an extra string holder that takes the .095 string at this time. The .080 holder is available. I don't want to stop in the middle of a job to restring it. I called Kobalt direct, and they told me to keep checking. I have too, I'll get the .080 holder later. I worry a...

You only can get it online and not in stores

It charges quickly, last a long time. Easy to string, its light weight. It helps me weed eat quicker.

Really good deal

With the second free battery, this was a very good price. The cost of two batteries exceeds the price of the kit! The package arrived several days early. The string trimmer works great and is quiet. You don't need to wear hearing protection like a gas model.

Great until replacing line

Used it for my lawn 1.5 times then ran out of initial line. Used the Kobalt precut line and horrible experience. First you have to line up the marks to add line but the matk on the bump head is now gone. Found one on inside thst was probably correct but could only wind half the line before it became extremely difficult. Finally got it all wound and it wouldn’t bump out more line. I hate adding winding line. If I had realized you couldn’t replace a spool I wouldn’t have bought it. Waste of money....

Strapless

The wacker is great but it needs a strap to help hold it up. I got it for my grandson and he loves it. He is looking for a strap tonight.

This is my second one of these the first one lasted over six years, the switch went out on it, and apparently electrical parts are not available for it. It’s very powerful and I do not have to worry with handling gas and oil.

Extremely pleased with this quality product

My small yard is bumpy and hard to use a push mower on. So, grab the weed eater and get er' done!!! Bought in 2019 here I am six-years later using old faithful regularly. The original battery still holds a charge. It takes three charges to do the front and backyards. The unit is not too heavy for me. Reloading the trimmer string is easy, especially after a little practice. I wind it on the spool by hand. The loading method using the "spin the trimmer knob" method does not do well for me. Buy gas

Power was decent but does not perform like a gas unit. When you get it near a fence line or something solid it shuts down and needs to be reset by removing the battery. I have over a mile of fence line. I'll be returning this item.

Hi ilke the trimmer I have only used it once for a few minutes However I ordered one at pick up there were 3 trimmers I returned the other 2 but the credit was $26.00 less the original price it is not my fault if your system is not correct but $52.00 less that is not right Sorry I will do my best to shop at other retailers This is not the first time you have done this to me Thanks for nothing
