What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the headlamp for exceptional brightness and versatile lighting modes, with five distinct settings including high, medium, low, red, and flashing red beams adapting to various tasks. The comfortable, adjustable headband stays secure during intense activity without pressure, and the lightweight design suits extended wear. Reviewers highly value dual power capability—rechargeable via USB and standard battery compatible—with long battery life and quick charging. The ability to tilt the beam and switch modes without turning off is called a game changer. A few users report confusing button interfaces or occasional mechanical issues, though these concerns are rare compared to overwhelming positive feedback.

Would RecommendThere's a lot to like about this headlamp... brightness, 6 modes (multiple brightness settings from two separate but bright white LED lights) plus RED for night / low light, plus flashing RED emergency mode. The new rechargeable battery pack that fits in the 3-AAA socket is really cool! AAQA backup is a bonus. For the price, this is the best working headlamp I've ever seen!
Good one
Would RecommendTwo ways to use, rechargeable battery pack as well as regular batteries. Several levels of brightness as well as various light patterns

Exceptionally poor battery life
Would Not RecommendI bought this headlamp to do fine woodworking. When it works it is very good. The problem is that the rechargeable battery - Dies after about 60 minutes of use. - Dies when fully charged but left overnight. When I substituted three AA batteries, they were fully drained when left overnight. (Yes, the lamp was switched off)
Works well with AAA batteries or included battery
Would RecommendQuite bright for a relatively low cost headlight

Not Good
Would Not RecommendMy first purchase of this product was returned after a few months because the positioning ratchet for the headlamp gave away and it became a flopp headlamp. Returned for another one and the positiioning ratchet device works well but the third lamp setting is a black. out. Probably going to return this shortly.

Spend the money to get a good product that last!
Would RecommendWorks better than some recent head lamps I’ve purchased, that stopped working due to a short in the connecting wiring.

Light bright
Would RecommendI had a Kobalt previously and wanted another. This was a good price and rechargeable. I need something to help me landscape in the dark. This is nice and bright two feet in front of me which is great, but the battery doesn’t last very long before the light flashing at 5% warning starts. It’ll suffice for the time being but I may not get this type for next purchase.
