Gorilla wood glue and straps work on most things.
Would RecommendStraps were perfect, we remodeled an old refrigerator from 1940. We used gorilla wood glue and straps to keep the old wood pieces taught.

Strapped Down Tighter Than a Pirate’s Treasure
Would RecommendAye, I’d tell me whole crew to grab these, bro) Arrr bro, these Kobalt 1-in x 12-ft Ratcheting Strap Tie Down 3000-lb Break Strength 4-Pack be tighter than a treasure chest in a storm. Locks down cargo like it owes ye gold, and the ratchet bites harder than a sea beast on payday 😏. Hooks hold fast, straps don’t slip, and once ye cinch it down, it ain’t goin’ nowhere—not even if Poseidon himself gives it a shove. Honestly, if ye value yer loot (or tools), ye’d be a fool not to snag these, matey ...
