I needed drill bits that would fit my compact head drill. Much faster to change drill bits when working on projects requiring different sizes. Hex head allows for more torque. This can be combined which quick snap link head to carry around drill bits with out losing them.

Would Not RecommendI have used about 4 to 5 of the bits. They are all crooked in the attachment. The case is worthless, bits won't stay in slots. I would not recommend this set. Get a Kobalt set without the attachments, i.e. normal bits.

Would Not RecommendNotice - Lowes does not warranty the drill bits in this set. Backstory - I bought this set about a month ago. I went to use the 1/8 in drill bit and it was defective. I downloaded the receipt for the set and went to Lowes. The associate said she would not replace the bit. (I had lost one of the other bits in the set in my shop somewhere). Ok I said I would leave a review that Lowes does not warranty their drill bits and said thanks - and here we are.
