Got the anode rod right out of my water heater with no problem.

Perfect for Water Heater Anode Rod Removal/Replace

Apparently all water heater anode rods use this size nut (1 1/16"), which is larger than what I have in my socket kit. I had a very stubborn anode rod. 1/2 inch drive provided adequate torque (and still small enough that I didn't have to buy a larger wrench/breaker bar). Used my standard 1/2 inch wrench with a pipe on the handle for leverage. Solid steel socket with 6 points...equals perfect fit and no stripping...and I kinda like the black matte finish. I will certainly keep this thing handy ...

WELL MADE

Used to remove 1 1/8 axle u bolts on Motorhome. Took the strain to remove and re-torque 8 bolts torqued to 250-300 ft lbs.

Drive it like you mean it

I needed to pull some ball joints and the nut was bigger than I had in my tool box. Quick drive to Lowe’s and done and out without issue. Worked as advertised. Love Kobalt tools

strong 'spark plug' socket

Was looking for a non-impact drive spark plug socket with foam cushion insert, but none to be found in 13/16. Found this and it worked fine, nice and strong to remove the plugs.
