Poor customer service
Never got it. Placed order online, card was declined because my computer put in the old exp date. Tried to put in new card, wouldn’t allow it. Called customer service. She said she can put it in. Nope. She said I would have to cancel order and place it again, I had about 16 items in the order. I did it again and it stated everything was fine. Would Not RecommendThis socket is adequate for homeowner use. Most professional mechanics would walk away. Twelve point sockets are OK on new hardware, and moderate torque applications. In real-world auto-agri-industrial use, they round off corners. It's infuriating that the box stores offer six-point in 1/4" and 3/8" drives, but in 1/2' drive(higher torque possible) only offer 12 point.
