The socket adapter falls out of the ratchet. It seems there is nothing holding it in place and this is brand new. I went cheap against my better judgment.

Compact kit in solid case, but not small enough

Compact kit in solid case. Mechanism feels sloppy, and it’s not as small as other, better-made alternatives so it doesn’t fit in the tightest spaces. They should have chosen smaller sockets. I get that these are popular sizes, but not necessarily for tighter & smaller applications. The driver bits fall out of the handle easily.

Great a Small

Its a very good item, great for big and small jobs. Easy to pack and carry from one place to another. Nice when working in small or difficult areas.

Didn't Even make it out of the parking lot.

The sockets and bits are wedged into the slots so tightly, you almost need pliers to get them out. The retention spring that holds the bits into the drive handle is a joke. It looks about the same type metal as a staple. I literally never even got one bit installed before the spring fell out. I put it back in several times, but it kept falling out. I just turned around and went back inside and got a refund.

Great, now that they've redid the case

This is my third set of these, as the previous ones the case broke at the hinge. Now, it's been redesigned and looks fantastic. This is my go-to set for most repairs as its so handy.

Gets the job done

Happy with purchase. Needed this to get into a tight spot on my vehicle. Nice assortment of bits.
