its a good item for the price and small bits work great and are durable

not as described ratchet flawed

no 5/16 hex drive pieces included, the retaining spring for the 1/4 fell out first use reinserted several times before it would hold. I am going to keep kit buy another ratchet. Appears Lowes is clearing seconds mfg. defect @ 10.00$ not bad anyone know where to get 5/16 hex drive set for the other end of ratchet?

Handy for tight spaces. Got it on sale and bought another one for my dad.

They will work in tight places, but one piece was missing but not worth going back to return

Since I've decided to to replace my tools this 35pc kit makes a nice addition to my new Kobalt 24 volt cordless drill.

Good angle screw set

The ratchet can be used as right-angle screw or a small socket wrench. Good for getting into tight spots.

Tool set

It is a nice compact tool setting that has much used sizes.

needed to change my dryer from natural gas to propane cuz I moved. this totally helped with the small crevices I needed to twist into.

Great by design, quality is terrible!

I want to start off by saying that i really do like this little bit set. The ratchet has a major design flaw. The ratchet has small steel "springs"(not much bigger than a staple) that hold the bits in during use. The problem is that when the bits are removed for the 1st time,the spring goes flying out & the bits now won't stay in place. I have had to warranty 8 in less than a year. I tried contacting Kobalt & Lowe's to recommend an upgrade to make the ratchet better, but they just kept transferr...

Beware

I am on my second set of wrenches for this set. My first wrench the clip fell out and the bits would not stay in the wrench. The second set right off the shelf the bits fell out of the wrench. These sets are a good idea, but junk. I noticed on the new one Kobalt does not have a Life time warranty on the box.

Does not come as the picture shows

only reason why i am giving this a 1 star rating is because the set does not come with the wrench shown. The one i received had a taller profile where you insert your bits. Reason why i wanted this set is because of the low profile of the wrench since i work in aviation and needed it for those really tight spaces. So i actually had to buy the 24 piece set which somehow costs more than this set to get the correct wrench i wanted. Please change the picture to the correct wrench to avoid mislead...

Great Tool

I was looking for a special socket to work on my truck, and I found it when I saw this set, best of all it comes in a case to manage and keep up with the tools.

Great to throw in the car for a little fixes doesn't take up much room at all works like a charm.

Good emergency tool

BOught for emergency car repair (battery post). Compact, easily stored. Good for small jobs. Seems sturdy. Only trouble I had was pulling socket off the socket adapter.
