Fulfillment/Shipping issue

Happy with item but....Apparently the person filling and packaging up my order needs some additional training on how to box something up so it doesn't get tossed around in a box..... SMH !

Haven't had much chance to use these, but they seem like they're made well. It would be nice if the strap that was attached to the socket holder snapped down to hold them in place, but no big deal.
