Great value, look for it when it goes on sale.

The product was good. The problem is with online ordering. I ordered online and canceled it because it was going to take to long to ship my order. One month later to my surprise i get my order in the mail. So now i have to take time to send it back and wait for refund on something that never should of been sent in the first place

Some wrenches were hard to fit in.

Despite the tool box, a good buy.

Many tools for the price, however, the drawers in the box could be improved. In some cases the tools snap into place and are held in case of transport. In other cases (mainly sockets) they are just in a u shaped pocket and will not stay when transporting box. It would be very easy to change the box mold to have all sockets snap in.

Reading the size of the sockets is difficult.

The tools seem to be well made. Reading the size on the sockets though is nearly impossible.

It has EVERYTHING anyone needs

This is by far THE BEST tool set on the market. Ratchets easy, lefty loosie righty tighty. Unlike even more popular brands who refuse to simply get that right. (The switch on back, correlates to direction) easy to look and see which direction it’s going before use. I’ve bought multiple of this EXACT unit over the decades. Minor packing upgrades but same toolset. This one’s for the wife, I’ve had all my 10mm sockets in this set for 13+years, she’s not losing mine!

Tool set exchange

So I got this tool set a few yrs ago, the 3 ratchet wrenches just kept on spinning when you had a socket to them. So I just wanted to change the wrenches out for other one like 4 like. But no had to special order the complete tool set, then take the complete old one back to Lowe’s. To get a replacement & refund. Sure there must be an easier way??

Loews doesn’t know how to assist customers

It was difficult ordering on line so I responded to the store. Nobody wanted to help except one employee who I later found out was new. The manager only duty, Roger told me he was unable to assist me ordering on line, they did not have the product in the store that’s why I had to order on line. The worst service I’ve ever had at Loews.

Great tools! Silly box!

Great tools! Silly box! I’m sold on Kobalt tools, and have used them for years; both personally, and professionally. My issue is not with the tools, but with the silly plastic box they come in! What a complete waste of space! For all intensiveness, the tools come in plastic bags in the open bottom shelf. Then they want you to take 30 plus minutes stuffing sockets and ratchets into ridiculously inefficient storage spaces above the bottom shelf. I’ll keep the tools and toss the box. I have...

Hard to read

I cant read the sizes etched on the product.

Can't say much for the tool box.

For the price the tools are a bargain. FYI for anyone getting this new box. Spray the drawer sides and interior where the tools snap in with cooking spray. The drawers will be easier to open and close and the sockets/tools snap into the plastic slots mo bettah.

Tool Kit Not Assembled

Received the kit and the tools are not placed in their location slot. Tools are in a bag(s). First time I have ever bought a tool kit where the tools were not placed in their respective spot. I'm still sorting them out. When I went to insert the wrenches into their slot the plastic was way to tight. I had to take a screwdriver to open the slot. Some of the paint on the wrenches has broken lines. Quality control appears to be lacking.

Great tools, okay case

So I bought this on the black friday sale and was impressed by the quality of the tools and bang for buck. after inspecting them i went to put the sockets in their slots and they had to be worked into their sockets more than once. over all I do plan on getting a tool storage cabinet for them but for the mean time the included case is just okay. I would not leave this out in the weather tho.
