What Customers Are Saying
Customers report sharply divided experiences with these drill bits. Many praise their sharpness, effectiveness in metal and wood, and convenient hex shank design, noting they drill clean holes and last long when they perform well. However, a substantial number report sudden, unexpected breakage under light pressure or during routine use in common materials like wood and aluminum, with some breaking on first use. Several cite brittleness and safety concerns when used in impact drills. A few mention they work best in controlled conditions like drill presses. Overall, performance appears highly inconsistent across users.
