Adding capabilities by Adapting

These impact adapters are a very easy way to add to cross socket use by changing the drive versus socket size. With that said let me state for the record I believe you must use common sense in your use of these. If a 1/4" was meant to fit on a 3/8" drive it would not be a 1/4" socket--so if you apply the amount of torque that a 3/8" socket can withstand, odds are you will sheer this 1/4" adapter. The weakest part remains the 1/4" side and you have to abide by that. Same obviously for the 1/2...

Very nice product!-except!

Haven't had the chance to use them yet, but they seem very sturdy. Extremely hard to remove from display-pack / holder, had to drill out retaining tab to remove all four adapters making holder useless to store adapters.

The adapters worked as they should, feel strong and durable. I recommend Kobalt tools, made to work!
