What Customers Are Saying
The roof shingle removal tool is generally effective at quickly and cleanly removing old shingles. The angled blade and sturdy construction make the job easier, with many users finding it a "back saver" that improves efficiency. However, some noted issues with the tool being too short for proper leverage, blades bending after heavy use, and it not working as well on older roofs. Overall, the majority of users are satisfied with the tool's performance and would recommend it for DIY roofing projects.

Would RecommendShingle shovel
Would Not RecommendWrong angle, too thick, not very efficient.
A demolition crews best friend.
Would RecommendBest friend for ripping off old shingles and well built.
Must have for shingle removal.
Would RecommendThis thing is a back saver!
Really works well if used properly
Would RecommendIf you exhibit some level of patience, this tool works very well to remove shingles. Start from the peak and work downwards. That way all the shingles and debris will not buildup. If you think it will be like shoveling snow or mud, dispell that notion. Work slowly and methodicallly removing the the roofing nails on each row and then push the shingles as they come loose.
Try one of these

I would not buy again.
Would Not RecommendNot a great product but since it qas just one time use for a small.job and I was in a pinch I bought it because this is the only one available in store. Would not recommend.
So glad I bought this tool
Would RecommendUsed this tool to remove cedar shakes from old shed. Barn shakes, nailed down 40 years ago with 16p galvanized nails. Works great. Holding up very well. I don't know what I'd do with out it. I turned the fulcrum piece over and changed the pry angle and got more lift. Prying out the 16p nails is a huge chore, glad it has a fiberglass handle.
Bad angle
Would Not RecommendTerrible design the angle of the blade is horrible. Regret buying this shingle shovel. This shovel might work for anyone under 5 feet tall for anyone else it is no good.
