Lightweight
I have many of these knives and love them. This one is lighter weight and smaller, which is nice. A little more difficult to remove and replace the blade than older ones but I'm guessing this is a safety feature. Overall a good little lightweight knife.

It looks well made
The first thing I noticed was the fact that i can tighten or loosen the clip. It has a mall screw that you can mess with. Nice little knife. Great for breaking down boxes for the recycling bin. Knife has a decent weight it it without being too heavy to hold. Pink color is cute.

Reliable Sturdy Knife
As an avid DIY'er I am always relying on my basic hand tools, the Kobalt Compact Lockback Knife is a superior choice for a utility knife. It is compact, easy to open and close, it is simple to change the blade when necessary. It has a sturdy belt clip too. The knife locks open until you press the release which is a great safety measure. Highly recommend the Kobalt Lockback Knife for any project or as simple as opening packages

The locking mechanism works great but overall sharpness could be better.
This is a nice knife. The locking mechanism works great. It works great on boxes. It's sharp however it takes a little force to cut a zip tie. I like the clip on the side as well. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5 because it doesn't cut zipties with ease.
