Miniature set

Many features and flexibility in a small package

I like the size and convenience to easily take it almost everywhere. I can take it on a bicycle ride or keep in the car for small quick fixes.

it is very useful! I really like it. I got two of them one to keep in my truck and one to keep in my small tool bag to work around the house

Nice little kit

I like the kit as a quick grab for small projects. My only dislike is how hard it is to remove the bits from the case.

Good Tool Set – Flawed Case

I bought this ¼ Kobalt tool set since I seem to use these a lot when assembling furniture and such. Its very compact, feels solid, and has all the useful sockets and bits. The problem is with the case. There is no way to get the tools out without using pliers or a screwdriver. It was around $10 on a Deals of the Day, so I still think it’s a great buy and recommend it.

If you got this for 10 bucks it's good. Over 10 this kit is not it. The rachet head will switch directions on its own. You will have to hold on to the lever or get a rubber band to hold it in place. The case is nice but only for display, very difficult to get the the screw driver, Rachel, and extensions out. It's a nice

the first issue with this is just trying to remove the tools the, I have to use another tool to pry the rachet out of the case, there's no good spot to grab and it is held way to tightly the screw driver is only slightly more manageable because of the bigger handle there is room to grab. now once you get the ratchet out you'll have a terrible time trying to use it every other rotation of the handle the direction switches on its own and it's not something rubbing up against the lever on the back...

As others have said, case ruins a great set!

I bought few of these as gifts along with one for myself while they were on sale. The tools themselves are great and I really like the feel of the ratchet….. After I finally got it out! The mold for the insert is terrible because it doesn’t leave any space to get your finger under the ratchet and screwdriver handle to be able to remove them. I have an old Radio Shack Kronos kit that gives perfect spacing underneath each tool for comparison. What worked for me was cutting some of the insert out ...

Great sale price.

Nice set and for the sale price a great deal. It is difficult to get the ratchet out so place a small flat screwdriver to help pry it out. There is a bit of room to add other very small tools. 5 stars for the set at the sale price.

HORRIBLE CASE DESIGN!

As stated by other reviewers, it is nearly impossible to to remove any of the tools from this case without a prying tool. Will be returning this for a refund.

Impossible to pick a socket by hand

A pair of needle nose pliers should be included to remove items from the case. Everything looks good after you get it pried out.

Good tools but nearly impossible to remove

Hilariously difficult to remove sockets and tools from case. Efficient, compact design and sturdy case construction, however. Sockets and wrench good quality and work well, so far. Cutting away plastic tabs helps with tool removal.

Great Portable Toolset

Compact with lots of capability. First set had a broken ratchet, but was replaced without issue.
