What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this step ladder for its exceptional lightweight design combined with surprising stability and sturdy construction. The easy portability, compact folding, and secure feel make it ideal for household tasks, particularly for seniors and those with limited strength. Many highlight how it holds weight reliably even at the top step, with an ideal height for reaching shelves and cabinets. The small top tray and quick setup add practical convenience. A few note minor issues with uneven surfaces or narrow steps, but these isolated concerns barely diminish the overwhelmingly positive reception.

Would RecommendThese ladders are the best. Have the two step and three step now and use them around the house so much! They are so much lighter than the steel step ladders since these are aluminum. My only complaint is the curbside pick up at Lowes never works for me since there is no phone number on sign at parking spots and always end up having to go in.

No 1st step.
Would RecommendPro: I love the light weightiness, platform and the tool caddy. Con: WHAT were you thinking with the bottom step?! it is SO narrow. A huge negative for this product. spend the 2-cents and 5oz of weight and put a FULL 1st step. The 300# heavier version has a full 1st. step. This is a "step"ladder, to be used at multiple height "steps" not just the one at the top. I almost killed myself coming off of it in bare feet in the house. i didn't notice in the store because I had shoes on. My prior Cosco...
