Would RecommendThe ladder is very sturdy. Great for our painting project (3 bedrooms, hallway and living room). Heavier than other ladders I've used but can be easily moved. Very easy to fold using the lever to start the process. Also, I have yet to have my fingers pinched when unfolding/folding the ladder.

The good stuff about the ladder is it feels sturdy. The bad is the steps are not very wide. One good tug and the handle / tray could snap off. It’s only held on by 4 rivets and it’s made of plastic.

I have a disability which makes me a bit unsteady so having a sturdy platform to step onto is a must plus I like the fact that I can grab onto the top and pull myself up without feeling like it’s going to topple over. The shelf and storage areas are a fantastic bonus in order to keep me from having to keep getting down/back up; I can store what I need on the shelf/storage areas. Would Not RecommendLowes' system updated the address i wanted the ladder sent to, to an old address. I never received the ladder i paid for and they refuse to refund my money. I am positive i entered my new address as i have had this issue with lowes on items ordered in their store. Until they refund my money i will never do business again with Lowes. I wish this system would allow me to give zero stars as this is being handled improperly by Lowes.

This is a good product. But one big flaw is that the bottom of the plastic feet are not solid, but actually hollow. When using it outdoors on dirt, grass, or snow, the hollow bottoms always fill up debris that you have to clean out, which is not easy before you can use it inside the home again without making a mess. Bad quality control in that aspect.
