I’ve only used this pad once but my girlfriend and I camped at Joshua Tree National park and loved this pad for our two night trip. It’s way more compact and comfortable than pads i’ve used in the past.

We found the pad both
We found the pad both easy to blow up with the supplied bag/inflator and to deflate (by opening a second valve). Tremendous improvement over having two single person air pads next to each other, which slipped apart, creating a chasm in between. Highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I took this backpacking in the Tetons, car camping in Yellowstone, and used it as a mattress topper in a rented cabin. Worked great in all scenarios! It is a little tricky to get folded down into the stuff sack after use, and the pump bag feature is a little tedious with the low volume/bag of air, but worth it for the cushy nights sleep!

I was skeptical about buying one because I have an air mattress but for light packing and being able to inflate with the case is ideal for back packing and even for regular camping. Super lightweight and doesn't take up much room. Decently comfortable for someone with lumbar spine issues.

No fuss, compact comfort
Really enjoyed using this for backpacking with my partner. I've use a bunch of different sleeping pads over the years and this is really strikes a nice balance between weight, comfort, and ease of use. Only time will tell how it holds up to prolonged use. My only gripe is that it never quite packs back to its original deflated state. There is always a bit of air left over when you try to fold it. Nothing huge, just something you need to keep in mind when budgeting space in your pack.

Awesome Sleeping Pad
We recently used our Double V on a camping trip and both my partner and I slept comfortably off the ground. I am 5’5” while he is 6’3” and we both fit nicely without being squished together. We can side sleep without our hips touching the ground. Great price! The attached inflating bag is a bit tedious. We will most likely invest in a small battery powered pump; however the bag works in a pinch (just takes about 12-15 minutes). Overall, we are very happy!

I was so excited about the Double V sleeping pad - the first three nights on it were outstanding. By the fourth night, a smattering of pin hole leaks developed, which I tried to repair with a repair kit, but more pin hole leaks formed. A number of reviews here have reported the same. I'm so bummed!
