Dual Voltage tester, with flashlight, works great

I own several of these by Klein Tools in a slightly different version. Needed to check for current when replacing a hot water heater, but couldn’t access the other testers. Picked this one up for convenience. It includes a dual voltage switch and a flashlight, which was useful in this instance. It worked perfectly, as expected. Plan to keep this one in a kitchen drawer for better access when my electrical tool bag is not readily available.

This tool helped me find 15 dead bulbs in a 100-light Christmas string in about 20 minutes, which is impressive and saved me a lot of time. Will not power up after only light usage.

I am a DIY person who used my Klein NCVT-3P only a few times to install light switches. After a total of approximately 6 uses, the NCVT-3P does not power up anymore. The batch code is 0521U-A2 and I am beyond the 1-year warranty. The unit is in like-New condition. It double-beeps whenever I depress the light button and the light does not come on. Only worked once then failed.

Worked once right out of the package. After that it wouldn’t turn on again even after putting in fresh batteries.

Better than NCVT-3P but can't mute the BEEP

How do I silence the beep? I can't mute the beep like on the NCVT-2

Battery Cap Broke-no Warranty support

Battery leakage caused the battery cap to break apart. Every time I've had a battery leak in an electronic I've never had the plastic break. I've always just cleaned it up with alcohol and it was good as new. However, the main reason for 1 star: I tried contacting Klein Tools to get warranty/product support. When I submitted for a Warranty/Support I kept getting: "Error message WRA Requires Return via Authorized Distributor". I could not continue past this step.
