Would RecommendThis meter works great. It handles all the testing that I require. Easy to operate. Just does not auto range, so care is needed to make sure that is set for the circuit(s) being tested to not overload the meter and burn it up.

This whole kit was decently priced and came with a handy dandy voltage tester pen thing. I’ll likely get more use out of that than the multimeter but it’s Klein so when I need it, I can trust it’ll be there.

Horrible Waste of Time/Money
I purchased this Klein testing kit, which included a multimeter and a voltage tester. While the other components worked fine, the voltage tester was an absolute disaster. When I first opened the tester (after storing it unused in a dresser drawer), I found that the batteries had been shipped inside the unit. The batteries were greasy, corroded, and completely ruined the tester (see pictures). Naturally, it wouldn’t turn on at all. I contacted Klein customer support, and they sent me a replacem...
