Would Not RecommendI bought a brand new KitchenAid KRFF436SPS on 2/7/26 from Lowe's Home Improvement website and had it delivered on 2/13/26. On 3/13/26, the freezer completely stopped working. As part of the order promotion, a 2 year protection plan was provided. I spent since Monday morning going between Lowe's Home Improvement and KitchenAid who basically just scheduled me an appointment with Via Appliance Repair who advised they can't come out until 3/25 and that's just to diagnose, it could be another 10-14 d...
Poor install experience
The product is fine. The installation was subpar. Door wasn’t hung properly and won’t close or hold open the way it should. Ice maker door doesn’t close properly. Plastic film on fridge wasn’t removed entirely. Delivery drivers dumped their coffee (or something else) in my driveway). They must have been in a hurry or something.
