Lemon

We have had a KOCE507ESS20 unit less that two years and have had nothing but problems with it. Cooling fan error before the one year warranty was up and they wouldn't pay for it. Relay board error. Microwave keeps running after stopped. Door on microwave has to be shut hard sometimes or else it thinks it is still open.

Disappointing purchase

I bought this a month ago and am very disappointed. Oven takes forever to heat up. There were very limited if any directions for the convection feature. Used the convection oven and it started bellowing smoke no idea why because we used it twice already. Dimmest light in MW can’t see how the food looks. Button controls seem antiquated and not user friendly.

Too bad you can't "test drive" kitchen appliances

Microwave fan continues to run even though the oven has stopped heating, making it hard to know when it's finished. Operating both ovens simultaneously is confusing. Takes just as long to preheat as the 40 year old Thermador it replaced. Have been looking for another "easy pull out" rack, but not able to find one for sale on your web site. Opened the oven door last night and...

The popcorn feature in the microwave won't even fully pop a small personal-sized bag of popcorn. The microwave lacks power. I might have given the oven a 5 star review but the oven came with ZERO instructions. The oven came with several cooking "items" that I have absolutely no idea of what they are for. One looks like a mesh metal basket. Is that for the oven or the microwave...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ability to set the timer seems to be intermittent sometimes, when the microwave and oven are on simultaneously, NOT able to set timer. The Jenn Cooktop runs hotter than it should. So I cook most things on low or it burns.

Marginal at best

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes four minutes to pop 100 calorie popcorn. If I leave longer, say five minutes, it does not burn and leaves a lot of kernels We are in our 80's and my wife struggles with the controls Often having to open and close the door to start the oven.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave cannot pop one of her calorie popcorn I leave the popcorn in for four or five minutes. It doesn’t not burn. It simply does not pop everything. It leaves a lot more than expected Number kernels. Interestingly, it does not burn the popcorn, even when the popcorn is left towards the five minute mark in the microwave cooking

KitchenAid - Only choice for us

Minor issues, overall love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wall oven did not come with a manual and I struggled to find it online. I cannot get the meat probe to work properly. The bell that chimes when the timer goes off is so soft I cannot hear it. Having said that, I LOVE my new oven. It heats well, I like all of the features, the size of the interior is perfect. It makes me want to bake everyday!

Good appliance, but a big issue is present for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the unit, but big down side is that the controls are not lit, so you have to have all your kitchen lights on to see what you are doing. Can't believe they didn't add this feature on. Only the center panel is lit, but you can't see what you are doing in the early morning hours and evening when the lights are low.

Combination Wall Oven/Microwaive Performance Poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are pleased with the look and performance of the lower oven. However we are frustrated with top microwaive performance. It just seems like the microwaive doesn't heat or cook things well. For instance when you pop a bag of popcorn it won't fully pop on popcorn setting. If we do a 1/4 cup in a popcorn microwaiveible container its lucky if a 3rd pops. We were told that its 900 watts vs our former counter top 1,000 watts was the issue but ...
