Excellent dishwasher, but delivery terrible

The wife and myself were in the market for a new dishwasher after much meticulous research. We settled on the KitchenAid KDTS624PS model as that fit everything we were looking for including not having to hook it up to some kind of Wi-Fi, which is ridiculous, to say the least. Great dishwasher!

Bought the KitchenAid model KDTS624SPS last month and its been great! Very quiet with excellent cleaning and drying of all dishes, pans, pots, and flatware. The three levels of wash racks provide a maximum capacity. Love the end of cycle automatic door opening feature. Pro-Cycle is the best!

Great Features, Wonderful Dishwasher!

I bought this dishwasher and it got it on Labor Day and it’s so nice, it works great! It cleans the dishes so nicely an leaves them so sparkly, it’s quiet and it really drys the dishes so well, I was very impressed! The speed is great and it has a large capacity for the dishes, lots of room! I love this dishwasher! It’s Great! I’m so pleased and glad I tried and bought this Kitchen Aid Dishwasher! I love it!

Nice Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very happy with our KitchenAid 360 dishwasher. The top rack is very convenient for adding smaller items and glasses. The ProDry feature does a nice job with ensuring our dishes are dry. And this washer is surprisingly quiet.

Noisy

Cleans well but like other reviewers have mentioned, the loud buzzing noise it makes while cleaning is annoying. Can't really recommend when it claims to be 44dB but is nowhere near that

2 years on, this is a lemon

2 years of use and we are getting a Bosch. Two pumps, heating element had to be replaced. Bad design caused other problems with screen and water level sensor. We had to remove the dishwasher and tilt it to make the sensor work again after routinely stopping then restarting the machine. I had no problem with the machine initially, it just ages prematurely.

Quiet dishwasher that does the job

We have only had this dishwasher for a few weeks but it is much quieter than our last one and it cleans better. We like the third rack.

So Quiet, Large Capacity, Drys Great

This Kitchen Aid dishwasher replaced my old one. It's very quiet, excellent drying, and the normal cycle is much faster than prior model, running at just 2 hours when I choose DryPro setting. Large capacity as it has a 3rd top shelf for cups, glasses and small items. Cleans dishes so well. Happy thus far!!!

Ugly and cheap looking

I love a KitchenAid dishwasher. However, I’m very disappointed with the look of this alleged stainless steel. It does not look like stainless steel. It looks like a cheap Gray metal finish. It doesn’t match any of the other stainless steel in my kitchen. It is much darker in color. I’m very disappointed that it now looks like a cheap eyesore in the middle of my kitchen. Quiet and fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new DW. It is extremely quiet. Also it is amazing how short the wash cycle is. Normal cycle is over in about 1-1/2 hrs.

Rack system deficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is the rack system which is not as user friendly and designed as optimally for dish and utensil placement as the Bosch dishwasher I replaced. Tines and too far apart within the entire dishwasher. Some distances are good, but there needs to be some closer placement of tines elsewhere. Utensil bins on bottom rack and top rack could be designed much better. See Bosch.

Pleased with my purchase!

Couldn't be more satisfied!
