Problem in less than 48 hours
Would RecommendIt’s been less than 48 hours and I already have a problem. E1 and F 9 and have contacted Customer Service of course installations were closed and I will be contacting them tomorrow

Would Not RecommendI purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher last April. I was the dishwasher from Hades.... after fighting with KA, they finally sent me a replacement on 4.7.2026. Installed it and it is throwing error codes. plumber checked out the plumbing. it's still throwing error codes. E1 F9

One of the best affordable dishwashers
Would RecommendQuiet and great at cleaning dishes. Especially appreciate the 3 levels. Pro wash takes longer to complete than the previous model.

Would RecommendBUY THIS!!! DON'T BOTHER EVEN LOOKING AT OTHERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO UP A MODEL (KDTS724SPS) FOR THE INSIDE LIGHT. If you want the best cleaning dishwasher out there,... YOU FOUND IT!!! THIS IS IT!!! OMW!!! This cleans soooooo well, and on the NORMAL CYCLE which is only 1-1/2 hours! No need to wash dishes b4 filing. Hubby is thrilled too, no more cleaning filters. We talked of buying and storing anther until needed. 😂 jking. BEST DISHWASHER OUT THERE!
Best dishwasher we've ever owned
Would RecommendTruly best dishwasher ever - dishes are sparkling clean *and* dry with pro-dry option. Clever feature is you can choose to have the door pop open at the end of the cycle, to allow extra drying overnight. Capacity seems magical - 3 levels of baskets and almost always ample room on bottom without moving the second basket up. It is pricier than some but in this case you do get what you pay for (IMO).

Returns/replacements not handled well
The dishwasher leaked, glad installer found it. Not Lowe's fault. However, how return handled represents a problem with Lowe's system. It took over a week to find out they could not find a replacement dishwasher. 17days later, still have not been refunded for the dishwasher. 2nd bad experience for us. Ordered a cabinet last year. Door not properly installed. Took almost 2 weeks to get a new cabinet delivered.

Decent Dishwasher Durabilty & Design
Would RecommendDIshwasher's quiet and the racks inside are versatile for different kinds of things. Surprised that the door automatically opens once the washing and drying cycles finishes. Overall, very pleased with quality and design. Was apprehensive about not having a open and close door bar, but like the top slot design to open and close door.

Would Not RecommendTook weeks to order and then was not delivered on the date promised . We asked to cancel the order and the associate was very rude and argumentative refusing to refund the amount until the installer returned the machine which we never even saw
