[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the dishwasher does what it is supposed to do, I am not a fan of the lower rack. Due to the lack of support from the posts the dishes fly all over the dishwasher unable to stand up. I’m really not liking that at all.

Solid dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this for about a month now. Works well and features are solid. My only issue is that the top cutlery rack is a real waste. Nothing I put in there ends up getting cleaned.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought out of necessity when my previous dishwasher died. My previous one was a Kitchen Aid and while I checked other brands for features, reliability and price, this one seemed the best option

Dish washer review

Dish washer review 1) Leaked gallons all over the floor on first load - Plumber found the drain hose (part of machine, not part of installation) had 2" split in it - he was able to get a new hose and install it but now I'm afraid to run it again. 2) My knuckes brush up against the controls every time I try to open it, causing a loud beep. Poor placement design of controls and very annoying. 3) Bottom rack slides in and out roughly and loosly, causing dishes to jangle and hit against each othe...

Silverware Rack

I like the top tray that holds the silverware, leaving the bottom rack more room for other things.

Quiet

Noise level higher than stated

We asked to buy a unit with a much lower decibel rating, but the salesman put in the wrong model and we didn't notice till the new unit showed up. It didn't come with a noise insulation blanket, and it is much louder than 47 decibels. We tested it and the noise went up to at least 57 decibels. Frankly, we wonder whether we got a brand new unit at all, as there were (water?) streaks in the interior of the door when the installer first opened it.

Efficient installation with no mess

The installer was right on time and efficiently installed the new dishwasher. There was no mess and he was very polite and courteous

Cleans better than any dishwashers we've had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is quiet and cleans phenomenally. Our glasses have never been so bright and clean since we bought them. Very pleased.

Solid dishwasher for decent price

Good price for a quality brand. Quiet and sturdy.

Good washer

The dishwasher works great. Uninstalling the old washer and installing the new dishwasher was a lot more work than I anticipated. Both hoses in the installation package I Included required extensions at an additional cost and delivery time. The location of the hose connections and the electrical wire routing are not easy to handle.

Great performance

It is quiet and opens itself after initial drying period to vent. Cleans and dries wonderfully.

You need a special plumbing fitting to connect

The unit is working well....should have gotten the replacement kit with new hose and correct fitting
