Brand new good so far

At this point, everything is very good... extremely quiet, items come out very clean and evn though some cycles are very long, the high capacity of items it holds makes it worth it. Still havent use every option yet , but to this point the dishwasher is performing as advertised

Absolutely great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy I closed KitchenAid . This dishwasher replaces my old one I purchased in 1997, which was serviced only once. I love the new features : great washing, great drying, love the 3rd rack configuration allowing larger serving utensils and ladles to fit comfortably I highly recommend it

Very impressive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new dishwasher for around a month now, and I can say that it is a much better machine than our old one. We love the 3rd rack, which is very convenient for silverware and the like, it is much quieter than our old one, it cleans everything exceptionally well, and the pop-open feature when it's done helps to finish dry. All in all, a wonderful appliance. Very happy!

Broke in less than a week

Door opener is stuck out and won’t retract. Also, there are no instruction manuals available that give details on the controls and how they are used. Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago and I like it very much. It is very quiet. It holds a lot more dishes than my old model, really like the 3rd rack on top. I like that the door opens at the end of the wash cycle to let the dishes dry, everything comes out dry! Dishes come out clean! I highly recommend this dishwasher and would definitely buy it again!

Works well

The third rack is nice and deep, although holds fewer utensils than some others. I have some aesthetic nitpicks like the plastic from the handle projecting beyond the side of the steel, rather than being flush. My main complaint is that it’s not energy Star rated and I wish it were a bit more energy and water ef...

The previous appliance was cheap (for the builder to supply) so I got a crappy cleaning of dishes for 15 years! Now I have good cleaning, drying, and quieter too! KitchenAid is the bomb!

Best dishwasher we've ever owned

Truly best dishwasher ever - dishes are sparkling clean *and* dry with pro-dry option. Clever feature is you can choose to have the door pop open at the end of the cycle, to allow extra drying overnight. Capacity seems magical - 3 levels of baskets and almost always ample room on bottom without moving the second basket up. It is pricier than some but in this case you do get what you pay for (IMO).

So Far So Good

But this mode seemed like a good value, so we decided on it based on Internet reviews. It is quieter and cleans better than the previous one we had. For some reason, utensils on the very top rack don’t seem to get clean.

very useful features and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an old unit that was leaking around the door with a few other problems.This unit is quieter and features 3 tracks as opposed to two. Much more user space that my old unit.

Returns/replacements not handled well

The dishwasher leaked, glad installer found it. Not Lowe's fault. However, how return handled represents a problem with Lowe's system. It took over a week to find out they could not find a replacement dishwasher. 17days later, still have not been refunded for the dishwasher. 2nd bad experience for us. Ordered a cabinet last year. Door not properly installed. Took almost 2 weeks to get a new cabinet delivered.

Awesome dishwasher
