Ratings & Reviews for KitchenAid 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Juniper ) With Third Rack, Express Wash, ProWash , 44-Decibel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good capacity, although the tines in the lower and middle racks are uneven and require dishes to be placed in awarkward positions to stay in place. The tines are metal, rather than rubberized, which causes dish placement to slide and move around when positioning for wash. Cleaning is excellent and with the 'open door' feature, after most of the drying cycle is complete, plastics get the full dry. Noise level is very good, with minimal distrac...

QUIET

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VERY quiet. Seems to be working great. Still new, so no feedback on quality or reliability. Water hookup fitting could be better (had to buy an adapter not necessary for previous dishwashers) and electrical hookup was unnecessarily complicated and difficult. Installation instructions were extremely poor. I love that it's not "smart."

Back To The Drawing Board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t need a new dishwasher. It was my husband’s decision. I have used it 4 times during 2 months of ownership. I’ll likely not used it very much at all for the rest of my life.

Delivery was on time no damage to unit. delivery guys were great

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love everything about this KitchenAid dishwasher. It's so much.better than my 20 year old KitchenAid dishwasher. This dishwasher is so quiet and we can have conversations in normal voices, it holds more dishes. The feature of the door opening after the completed wash cycle is wonderful to have. We've only had this appliance for a couple of weeks and I'm glad that we made this choice.

Nice Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice machine. Three racks is a definite plus. Adjustability of the racks in nice and a lot of small, but nice features. Also, it cleans very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice dishwasher with a large capacity that allows for modification. It is very quiet. Items come out very clean and dry after each cycle.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It excels at washing and loading it is so easy- everything has a place and fits so nicely. It's also very nice looking. My friend had this dishwasher and she loves hers. I'm so glad I followed her recommendation!

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this dishwasher. It is very quiet and we love how the door opens once the cycle Is done. With the door opening, the dishes are dry when it is time to unload the dishwasher. We are enjoying the third rack too.

Great dishwasher.

Have not used much yet but seems to clean well and quiet.

Holds so many dishes and sparkling clean every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing. It took a lot to get it installed and set up because the delivery company was terrible. But after finally getting it set up it is wonderful! It runs super quietly and gets everything sparkling clean. It holds more dishes than I can imagine and with my family that is a bonus. It seems to run efficiently and finish in a faster time than my old machine. I would definitely purchase more from this brand.

Best dishwasher I have ever owned.

Decibel readings are not as advertised

Bought this machine just under a month ago. Did lots of research and it seemed to be the best fit for our house. Our last dishwasher was a KitchenAid rated at 46 decibels and loved it, the new one is 44 decibels, very negligible but still a bit quieter. Our old one was pretty much whisper quiet, we had to look to see if the light was still on to know if it was still running. Our new one, it’s got such a loud hum near the bottom, I put a decibel reader near it and it reads 66 decibels. We really ...

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet, does a great job, even on short cycles. The finish is grest and doesn’t get fingerprints. The only thing I don’t like is that when I open and close the door, sometimes I accidentally swipe the settings on the top of the door. I love the 3 racks where I can load long utensils and small parts like thermal coffee mug lids and the top and blades of my smoothie.

Quietly cleans - dishes- plates- utensils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After researching and comparing several dishwasher brands I found this KitchenAid to have the best features and reliability.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher last April. I was the dishwasher from Hades.... after fighting with KA, they finally sent me a replacement on 4.7.2026. Installed it and it is throwing error codes. plumber checked out the plumbing. it's still throwing error codes. E1 F9

One of the best affordable dishwashers

Quiet and great at cleaning dishes. Especially appreciate the 3 levels. Pro wash takes longer to complete than the previous model.

Awesome experience and great product

DW is definitely worth the money and delivery guys were even 10 mins early and easily hauled off my old unit
