Great Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher we’ve ever had. So happy we paid a little extra and got this model. Love the auto pop open feature when it’s done. Allows it to air dry after heat cycle. Very quiet and very quick. Done within an hour or less. Plenty of room and love the third skinny shelf. Even if it’s a full-size pan.

Good enough replacement

When the drying is complete the door opens as an indicator to put the dishes away. This is nice as a notification something needs to be done. All in all a good dishwasher. Love 3rd Rack, Sadly It Doesn't Clean Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly the drinking glasses are cloudy every time, some still have lip prints on the edge. I use Finish Rinse Aid but it doesn't seem to work. Other items seem clean but who knows if they're not clear. It does sound kind of strange but who knows.

Also the fact that the dishwasher opens a bit when it's done so that even if forgotten, the dishes stay clean and relatively dry (there is still some water on things on the top and middle shelf but that's to be expected). The tines are metal, rather than rubberized, which causes dish placement to slide and move around when positioning for wash. QUIET

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VERY quiet. Seems to be working great. Still new, so no feedback on quality or reliability. Water hookup fitting could be better (had to buy an adapter not necessary for previous dishwashers) and electrical hookup was unnecessarily complicated and difficult. Installation instructions were extremely poor. I love that it's not "smart."

Back To The Drawing Board

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love everything about this KitchenAid dishwasher. It's so much.better than my 20 year old KitchenAid dishwasher. This dishwasher is so quiet and we can have conversations in normal voices, it holds more dishes. The feature of the door opening after the completed wash cycle is wonderful to have. We've only had this appliance for a couple of weeks and I'm glad that we made this choice.

Nice Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this dishwasher. It is very quiet and we love how the door opens once the cycle Is done. With the door opening, the dishes are dry when it is time to unload the dishwasher. We are enjoying the third rack too.

Problem in less than 48 hours

It’s been less than 48 hours and I already have a problem. E1 and F 9 and have contacted Customer Service of course installations were closed and I will be contacting them tomorrow

Holds so many dishes and sparkling clean every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing. It took a lot to get it installed and set up because the delivery company was terrible. But after finally getting it set up it is wonderful! It runs super quietly and gets everything sparkling clean. It holds more dishes than I can imagine and with my family that is a bonus. It seems to run efficiently and finish in a faster time than my old machine. I would definitely purchase more from this brand.

Decibel readings are not as advertised

Bought this machine just under a month ago. Did lots of research and it seemed to be the best fit for our house. Our last dishwasher was a KitchenAid rated at 46 decibels and loved it, the new one is 44 decibels, very negligible but still a bit quieter. Our old one was pretty much whisper quiet, we had to look to see if the light was still on to know if it was still running. Our new one, it’s got such a loud hum near the bottom, I put a decibel reader near it and it reads 66 decibels. We really ...

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet, does a great job, even on short cycles. The finish is grest and doesn’t get fingerprints. The only thing I don’t like is that when I open and close the door, sometimes I accidentally swipe the settings on the top of the door. I love the 3 racks where I can load long utensils and small parts like thermal coffee mug lids and the top and blades of my smoothie.
