Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a very good job cleaning and is extremely quiet. Cycle seems to take much longer than our old KitchenAid. Haven't mastered loading the new one as it is very different than our old one. Loading bowls is a bit of an issue. Overall, so far so good.

Great features and performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was selected because of the way the racks are configured so various areas can accommodate different size items. It is very quiet and opens at the end of the drying cycle to allow vapor to escape and dry items left standing. The dishes and glasses come out very clean and glasses are clear. I have only had this a short time so we'll see how it holds up in the long term but so far I am very pleased.

It does a great job cleaning the items placed in the dishwasher, and with the Pro Dry setting almost everything is completely dry. A small amount of water remains on the edge of any plastic containers or their lids but that to be expected. Warning regarding 3rd party installation
Would Not RecommendI purchased an installation through Lowe’s in State College, PA. The installation cost was $320, and at the time of purchase I selected an installation date. Mega Plumbing Corp (third-party installer) was scheduled for that day. On the day of installation, Mega Plumbing Corp called and said they “needed to schedule” the installation for the following week. I immediately explained that I had already selected and taken time off for the original date, and that Lowe’s had already offered an install...
Beware of Lowes
We ordered/purchased this dishwasher, but didn’t get to experience how well it works because Lowe’s just up and cancelled my order for no reason at all. I was told it was cancelled by their associate and they refunded my money and gave me no reason why they did it. Beware!! You don’t want to do business with the Lowe’s in Tyler, Tx!

New Dishwasher after 19 yrs
Have had this for just over a week. So far it is working as expected. Much larger capacity results in only having run it once since installation but worked well. Very quiet. If you want installation and operating manuals you have to download via qrc located inside the door. Had to purchase a separate 3/4 hose to 3/8 compression fitting. Original machine was 3/8 compression.

I bought this dishwasher three years ago May 2023
Would Not RecommendI bought this unit three years ago, May 2023. It already has to be replaced. It’s completely unresponsive. And will not run a full cycle. You expect a lot more for a unit I paid $1500 for.
