Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my old dishwasher a few weeks ago. My new KitchenAid is disappointing. It took FOUR HOURS using a sani-rinse & extended dry. And if you don't bathe you dishes in a chemical rinse aid, at the end of four hours, there will be so much water on the sides of the dishwasher & silverware caddy, it's unbelievable. WHY? Sparkling clean dishes and super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and really impressed. TBH I typically washed by hand and installed this during kitchen remodel. I’ve been using it daily, as it gets the dishes all sparkling clean, is so quiet and energy efficient.

Poor quality hardware

Open box

The box was previously opened and bottom of carton missing. The protective wrap was ripped in places and the insulation was dirty. No pleased with order.

Spacious, Quiet and Works Well

We are surprised with the great amount of space in the racks and the utensil holder! It runs very quietly. It seems very well made and we hope that it will last for years to come. Cleans well

Need Help

Super clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my old KitchenAid dishwasher also did, my new KitchenAid dishwasher cleans anything I place in it! Having the Sani Rinse cycle makes me feel more secure with that feature. The only thing I am not fond of is the length of time it takes to do a complete cycle, though I do understand the reasoning, after reading the manual.
