Ratings & Reviews for Kichler Winslow 8 -Light Polished Gold Seeded glass Steel Chandelier

Glass shades cracked

The glass shades are very cheaply made and defective. 3 of the shades cracked when the installer put them on. The installer called Lowes and told them that one of the shades came cracked (even though there are 3 cracked shades) and Lowes just passed the buck and called me a week later to tell me that I am responsible for contacting the company about replacement. We’ll see if the company complies…

Perfect size

I love this light! It looks great and lighting is perfect!

So cute!

Bought this about a month ago and looks amazing in my dining room!

It's an oval

From the picture, I thought it was round. Turns out it's oval but much more interesting this way. The glass is beautiful but one came in cracked.

Quick order.

We bought a dining room ceiling lamp and it's perfect. We had it delivered to Lowe's and it came in a few days after we ordered it.

The seeded glass is beautiful

Elegant update

Great light for entryway

I would not recommend this product because of the very poor instructions that came with the product. This was NOT an easy light to install. Although the light is pretty it is very hard to install following the instructions. I feel the person that wrote the instructions has never had to install this light.

Broken upon delivery

It was broken when it arrived

Fingerprints show on the glass.

Pretty foyer fixture, and nice and bright with 3 Edison bulbs. Easy to assemble and install.

Look at another company to purchase lighting.

Terrible packaging, had to purchase 3 times to get all shades that weren't cracked or broken and 2 are crooked but I'm keeping it because I paid the contractor twice to hang it and I'm doing any more returns to Lowe's again. Absolutely no Styrofoam or protection in the box. All 3 boxes were damaged on arrival. The personnel at the customer service desk were fantastic.

Attractive but crooked

While the light is attractive, unfortunately the arms of the light itself are crooked, and I didn't realize this until after the contractor we hired to install it was already done with the installation.
