We love the Kichler Winslow but this was delivered with a broken globe.

Came without half the parts in the box.

It is heavy and requires two people to install it.

I like the appearance and that it takes medium base bulbs. It gives off good light but can be dimmed for a more cozy look.

Went together well and no adjustment needed. Had to use quick links because open chain links were too hard to close and were damaged.

We had to buy quick links to attach the chain because the chain links were too hard to open and close without damage. The arms and lights needed to be adjusted to be square and level.

Beautiful chandelier, lots of problems.

I had a lot of problems with my purchase of this chandelier. First the box came smashed, even though it says "glass, handle with care" on the side of the box. Luckily nothing was broken inside. Next they have you adjust your chain by removing links to shorten it. I have no idea how you're suppose to do this without chewing up the links (the powder coating) and ruining them. I cranked on them with two pairs of pliers and some painters tape covering where the plier teeth were, but it still scratc...

I had no problems picking up my purchase, The individual was very helpful as I had problems trying to use the automated system. There was no waiting time.

9 chandelier light

My husband was able to install it in about 30 minutes. This was easy to assemble and instructions were easy to understand. You will need 9 bulbs for this and your house will shine bright and this will make it look classy.

Fancy Chandelier that Lights up the Room Perfectly

It matches many styles and colors. The chandelier isn't overly heavy but you will need assistance with you as you are installing it. I love the small globes that cover the light bulbs.
