Bad Design
As other have said you need to install the fixture with out the globes installed. The globes do not simply screw in but you have to place the glass globe in and fight with a special wrench and a fitting. You hand cannit simply get inside the globe to tightnen forcing you to nearly cut your hands up on the rough edges of the globe. Keep in mind you are doing this at the top of a ladder hoping you don't drop the little wrench or the globe onto the floor.

Nice Fixture
Would RecommendRelatively easy to install and thematically similar to rustic/seeded glass products that are popular lately with numerous retailers. One of our glass shades had a thin crack in it out of the box and Kichler’s customer service is sending out a replacement at no cost. Overall, a nice fixture that replaced the lamentable cheap chandalier the previous owners had in its place.
