Nice Product, Great Customer Service

In searching for a new chandelier for above our kitchen table, my wife and I ended up agreeing on this Kichler spherical pendant light that we purchased from Lowes. We both loved the look of it right away. Out of the box, the light was relatively easy to put together and install, and very simple to adjust the hanging height/length. Unfortunately, during installation of the very last glass globe/shade, the globe cracked and broke into several pieces. As we had already installed the entire fix...

Love my new kitchen light!

This light pairs wonderfully with our new kitchen table set. It makes a modern yet rustic warm statement. It’s large in the space (42 inch round table) but I just love the look!

Great for home office

Love this light, so attractive that I can’t stop looking at it! Have ordered new bulbs as the ones that came with it are too dim.

total pain to put together

this a good looking light but engineered terribly. Cheap parts don't help. It was very aggravating to put together. I would not recommend this. Shame on you Kichler, your brand is better than this.

Beautiful Addition

I really like the light. It added beauty to my Foyer. I had it installed professionally however, the reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is because it look like the cylinder isn’t even. It looks off but could be due to the way it was installed. It still looks great though.

Decent light fixture

It was a bit finicky to put together. It definitely helps to have another set of hands (helper). The bulbs that come with aren’t bright, but they do create a nice ambiance. But, if you need better lighting, upgrade to different bulbs.

Nice fixture but shorted on hanging chain

We have three of these in our house now and they are beautiful. The last one we installed came in the new packaging and the chain included was half the length of the fixture in the old packaging. See photo. Luckily we didn't use the chain for one of them and had a spare. The wiring was just as long, why was the chain included so short? No the package had not been opened before. Foyer light

We love this light. We had to use a scaffold to install it with our high ceilings. Makes for a very nice light when entering the house.
