This was the worse purchase I have ever made. I purchased three lights. All 3 had issues. The hole in the glass was too big on one and the screws were stripes on the other and the paint was fading on the third one. I had to go back and and exchange 2 of them. I should have just returned all of them which I would have had my handyman didn’t already install one of them. Rather then tell him to take the one down, I’d figure we’d see it all the way through and unfortunately, I hate them. The screw...

Recently purchased 2 of these. They look of them is what I like about them. But the 3 screws on the top and bottom that hold it together do not allow the glass to slide in correctly. It fit but was snug, 20 minutes later I heard a pop and the glass cracked. Went back to Lowes to see if they had replacement seedy glass and they do not. Luckily the second one I didn't put together yet so I was able to use different screws that dont allow it to his the glass.

Overall, the appearance of these is nice, esp from a distance. Bought 3 at store, and assembly was OK with instructions. The quality and fit of the materials are not the greatest but it went together. The paint job is rather low quality- the black-painted metal parts all show spots of missing paint, which seemed worse for each box I opened. From a distance it's OK. Close up, I'm disappointed.

The little screw/caps that attach the 3 black flat bars to the rings are awful. screws are too short and strip out or they do not reach. Bought 3 fixtures, need 2, only have been able to assemble 1. Going to lowes not to try and find a screw to make this work. Complete garbage quality.

Bent bracket, hangs crooked

3 brackets connect the frame of the light to the pole. One of them, at least, is crooked such that the light does not hang straight. This problem was not visible until after the item was installed. I am currently on hold for customer service and the wait is 45 to 110 minutes. Bad customer service. On the install, Lowes contracted with Angi. Warranty Dept unhelpful

I needed a new glass shade to replace a broken one on this lamp. I contacted the warranty dept via email and they instantly agreed to replace the shade. Unfortunately, the one they sent was not the same size. It was shorter and left a gap between the bottom of the shade and the circular bar at the bottom of the light fixture. I sent a picture to the warranty department showing the size difference. Their response is that I sent them the wrong model number even though I verified that I didn't...

Like the product overall but could have been engineered better. Top frame of light is not real sturdy and screws in some holes did not go in cleanly/all the way. My biggest complaint is with Lowes delivery. Bought 3 lights, one was a return repackaged. No way I'm accepting that. Had to exchange.

I am livid about the fees, charged to me to have this delivered. The delivery cost more than the item. I will never go to Lowe’s again.
