Found Damaged as always

Quality control could be better, but still good

Product have some minimal scratches in the paint out of the box. Some of the threads for installation and light bulbs had too much paint in them that we had to get out. We still installed it though and it’s a much better chandelier than the previous one we had.

Almost didn't buy because bad reviews. Glad I did.

Really nice light. There were lots of bad reviews and then all the good ones (many of which are, I got this product for free). The light is nice. The negative reviews about getting the glass pieces on there is a little wrench tool included. Also we put everything on before hanging it so idk if that's where people had a problem. There was some reviews about the light not being bright. I think it is quite bright but the light isn't pointed down so I suppose the light looks brighter than the...

missing parts

Item has missing parts. Although It box is not in prestine condition and I knew its probably a returned item, I expected Lowe's to check and confirm that its working. since i needed it asap i have purchased the item as there were only 2 boxes left. The electrician informed me that there's a missing piece which would make it impossible to install.

What A Nightmare

Bought this at a Lowe’s in south central PA. The one glass globe was broken, ordered a new globe. Had to rent a ladder to install it, hung it up and there’s a short in it. It’s past the 90 day return policy by now. Looks like this may have been a return and Lowe’s never checked it. 229 bucks down the drain.

wiring it up was very easy, installing the glass not so much

This light is trash - do not buy

I just spent almost 3 hours trying to install this fine specimen. (And I have done many many installs) Number one, the tube is way too small and passing the wire through is quite a trick. You basically have to take it completely apart to get the wire through. Next comes these janky light sockets that are impossible to tighten the ring that holds it on. Add on the fact the light socket is loose so you cannot tighten or untighten the crooked globes... this also means you can forget trying to clean...
