Would RecommendGreat part. Does what it's supposed to do. Fluke and Co. were too expensive for me as a hobbyist. The ups and downs in prices are annoying when the part costs 5 euros less one day after ordering.

This is great for automotive use. It has DC amp clamp. The display is fantastic in the sunlight. It doesn't really have a backlight 'cause it doesn't really need it. The packing screen is black and the letters are white, so it's very easy to read. The tool is fairly accurate, I've only had it for a little while, but it seems to work great. Would RecommendReally similar to the description, it feels solid. The cables are incredibly resistant to low temperatures (-30c and no problem with the wires hardening) and a very short length. The reading display takes around 2 seconds which is not instantaneous but it is still very precise for my job (heavy mechanic). Ohm, diode, AC DC voltage, amp clamp, capacitor. I am an automotive electrical technician and own multiple DVOMs including two expensive Flukes. This is now my new favorite meter. It is easy to use with more built in functions than any of my other meters. I especially love the built in inductive clamp (1,000 amp) DC amp meter. Can鈥檛 beat it for the price! Would highly recommend to newer technicians getting into the automotive field.

Would RecommendThere was some confusion and disbelief on whether this meter could measure up to 100 milliFarads or microFarads. Folks it's milliFarads! So max is 0.1 Farad! Check around, there's nothing else like it. The meter is well built, shock resistant, leads are long enough and stow easily on meter. Includes a nice hard case and manual. I'm very happy with this tool!
