Great clamps, terrible shipping

The clamps are great The shipping was horrific. There was no attempt at packaging. The clamps were sticking out of the box when it arrived, and one of the gray "feet" is missing. There is no way to contact Lowes customer support other than sitting on hold. Don't order these clamps for shipping

When I walked to the box sitting on my front step, the box was completely torn apart. There were little chunks or orange plastic on my front step. 3 of the clamps have chunks missing out of clamp pads, not where it should be an issue, but how annoying to get something brand new that is already broken.

received used clamps

the clamps are good, but they were used, one was chipped on the outside of the jaw, and it does not affect the performance. It is a great product. my dispute is with Lowe's, I do not mind buying a second-hand product, but do not sell it to me as used... it is worth mentioning, this was not the first time I order something new and I received it used or opened box.

Beat up in shipping

I was excited because I got these for a good price on a black Friday deal. I ordered 10 of them. I picked them up at my local store and they were all beat up. Some were crooked, some were dented and damaged on the heads. In order to get the black Friday price, I had to do two orders of five each. I got an email saying both of my orders were in, but apparently only three clamps from one order and two clamps from the other order were in. Clamp or clamps?

I was surprised when I picked up my order that it was a single clamp? I thought the claps came as a pair of two like the longer ones? An I missing something?

at one end of the box was damaged and a hole in it, one of my clamps came with the pin bent all to pieces this is unacceptable I have a damaged part that I needed to use and now I cant !

I have some of the longer clamps they work great. I have squeeze clamps work for some job I would like to get more of these they work much better

This one was a replacement for one of four that was damaged in shipping to Lowe’s. This one was delivered to my home and the box looked as if it had been rolled down the road. To my surprise, it was OK. Don’t know why these boxes get so torn up in shipping.

Not impressed

The product probably would be fine but clamps look like they fell out of the back of the truck. Bought 4 parallel clamps. All 4 are beat up & scuffed up, 2 have a bent bar. Of course now they are out of stock. Your ship to store must have issues for you to give a customer merchandise like this. I must have bought the last 4 clamps in the company. Sure I can return them but I want the clamps exchanged or the chance to buy others at the sale price.
