Ratings & Reviews for Johnson Post Level Plastic 5.5-in 3 Vial Cross check level
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this post level for its hands-free strap design that eliminates repositioning and enables one-person operation, freeing both hands for holding posts or pouring concrete. The cross-check vial delivers accurate alignment in both directions, dramatically reducing time compared to traditional levels and transforming two-person jobs into solo tasks. Most describe it as sturdy and durable for the price, with reliable performance across square and round posts. A few mention the elastic strap could be stronger, and rare reports note inconsistent readings, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by widespread satisfaction. Overall, reviewers consider it indispensable for fence and mailbox installations.

Great toy!
Would RecommendThis made leveling my posts a lot easier than the last time I built a fence. The fact that I can attach it to the post and use my hands for other things is amazing. One small reminder: Make sure you haven’t pinched anything between the level and the post or you’ll end up setting it crooked.

Fix the app
Would Not RecommendIm writing about the mobile app. Ive had the following issues 1. At checkout, gives me a message about a technical issue. Doesnt soefic ifvits the app or i didnt fill in a required blank or if there is an inventory issue. But must restart ordering 2. I request delivery of all ordered priducts but the app splits the order (algorithm?) With some items to be delivered by outside source and the remaining items to be picked up by me. So i must then go to the store and order at the pro desk. And then...
