So much fun!

I got mine today. At 68, and not being on a bike in almost 20 years, I wasn't sure if I could handle it. I just LOVE it. Feels sturdy and very manageable. I love how you can pedal and use the throttle. SO much fun!!!! Worth every penny

Perfect fit for fun rides around town

So excited about my new bike! Took it for a spin and it rode so well! It’s going to make my short commutes so much more fun!

Good E bike !

It’s a good product, good to move around but the breaks wear out fast

Too slow for me

It stated up to 15.5 mph but barely goes 12 mph . I’m 140 lbs Needs to go at least 20 mph ! My scooter is better than the jetson pro.

2nd purchase

I purchased the Bolt first and now have purchased Bolt Pro. I love my Bolt but this Bolt Pro takes gives me an opportunity to get little exercise by peddling too! We love riding them around the campground when we go camping.

Jetson Bolt Pro

My husband got one of these for me. I've tried it and it's so much fun. Ya gotta be coordinated in order to ride it! Because the right handle is for the gas throttle. But the brake is worth both hands so you have to really think it is possible to crash. It don't go so fast but fast enough it could save you money in gas because you can do errands around town and can ride the Jetson Bolt Pro. Do Not Buy

I am a mechanical engineer by trade and have owned two of these bikes. In the year of ownership they have broken at least 8 times total combined. For the second one I even purchased the year warranty. Well after a few months the warranty offered a full replacement bike which was great. Unfortunately the one year warranty is not really a one year warranty because after a replacement is sent out the warranty is no longer valid. Great product and great service

I totally recommend Jetson Bolt Pro bikes, had a problem with the third we bought, but the review team fixed it and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved. Product is great, the 2 old ones about a year and half, still holding battery and riding just as good as new, and the third one "refurbished" the problem I had, was taking care and they sent a replacement. Thank you and keep up.

Very happy with Jetson Bolt Pro very fun

I bought a Jetson bolt pro a couple months ago, and I am very happy with my purchase. It works great and is very convenient for getting to work, especially when it's hot outside. It has a lot of features, such as using the pedal assist, the throttle, and the cruise control. It is speedy too! I like that it comes with lights for safer riding at night. You can even fold it for more portability and convenience. Setup is very simple and quick, and is detailed in the enclosed instruction book.

Bad tires

Bike is nice. After one week back tire went flat. Took to a bike shop and they said, the tube inside was no good. Cost me $85 to replace .

Poor Quality

I feel unsafe on this bike. I have had it less than a month and have grinding, squealing and clicking noises when I ride. Battery gauge doesn’t work. Unreliable and borderline dangerous.

Love our Jetsons!

I bought two of these for our twins! They are fantastic! These arrived as described, very little to put together and super easy to do so! Definitely recommend!

Very little torque.

This is only suitable for pretty flat ground if you are an adult. The motor has a paltry 12ftlbs of torque. For Jetsons claimed 15° incline, that means a maximum rider weight of 40lb. Yes, on a scooter that is supposedly suitable for ages 12+... If you are a more typical 170lb, the max incline is a little under 6°

Awesome vehicle!

My first e-bike to go places and work! The battery life is a challenge as I'd have to alternate between throttle, and using the bike as a regular bike without the electric features. And for great measure... I've customized my bike with special colored tape. I recommend this product for anyone who wants to try an electric bike for the first time!

This company sucks

I bought 2 Bolt Pros. One of them works exactly as it should, but the 2nd would only last about 11 minutes before dying. So I made a warranty claim and they sent me another one. I just opened the replacement bike, first thing I noticed was that the rear wheel is bent, brakes are binding very bad, the rear tire doesn't even have a tube in it so it's completely flat, and the entire bike is filthy. I Purchased e-bike on June 30, 2023, and unfortunately, I have not had enough time to enjoy its features due to a mechanical problem. Already dead after 6 months

In January 2023, I purchased a bike that has unfortunately ceased to function properly. Despite replacing the battery and coaxial charging port, the bike continues to experience power transmission issues that prevent it from moving. I need this bike for work and I want to change it or buy a new one. I am reaching out to the company in hopes of receiving a commercial offer to address this issue.

I’ve bought it a month ago. I’ve been riding it everyday, and everyone I know who has rode mine wants one too! It’s been a fun riding e-bike. For the price , speed and ride time. It’s worth every penny!
