Great fun

Love it for riding around the campground!! I hope it will work as good on gravel when I get home! The only down side is that several bolts were not tightened and were lost while riding had to buy new bolts and lock washers.

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. So glad they came to it with different colors.

Charge Capacity is too low on the bike received.

I got a defective bike. The bike wouldn’t last for more than 5 miles even with pedal assist. The one good thing here is Jetson agreed to replace it under warranty. I have not been a fan of how the warranty process has been handled however. There’s a fee of 5$ for no reason and once I paid it, I had radio silence from them despite pinging on the support ticket. After two weeks I had to talk to a different agent on the webchat to get it pushed further.

GooD bike

I like my bike but there’s two issues I have with it number one is when I turn to the right it doesn’t turn to four and number two is I weigh 220 and it doesn’t go up the hill too well

Great bike for short adults/kids

I love how this simple bike makes me feel safe, especially when I love motorcycles but too scared to drive a real one. This bike makes up for it when I need to get from A -B (that's not too far). I love how it's also light so that I can easily put it away. My kids love it too bc the seat can easily be adjusted.

Best bang for the buck

This product has been great for my 9 year old. Not overly fast and easy to use. Price is pretty dang good for an entry ev bike.

Easy to fold. Lightweight. Good for the money.

The greatest highlight is that it is very portable and will Even fit in a Honda hybrid trunk, that only has half the trunk space compared to a regular trunk. It's one speed decent power that definitely makes riding easier on long distances. The seats are ok and do ok for sometime but for longer rides a softer one is recommended. There is no way of knowing the total miles ridden or any stats and no Bluetooth either. So you just have to rely only the 4 lights to Guage the power left on the bike. ...

Stores easily in the trunk of my car. Stable ride. Very durable high quality E-Bike. I call it my mini Harley! I highly recommend this E-Bike!

Lovin' it so far...waiting for nicer weather!

I got my Bolt Pro a few days ago and rode all over the area yesterday (65° high) and then...arghhh...snow today! Regardless, the bike is great. My wife bought one new but wouldn't allow me to ride it (Wicked Witch of the Midwest!) so, I bought my own. Poor range. Slow - motor too weak. Stock saddle post too short for anyone with legs.

I got this just to go about 2 miles downhill to work and back, and can almost get 2 such round trips in before the battery runs down. It is tragically slow, and I have to pedal to get up the hill after work. The seat post is so short that you can't get anything like extension when you have to pedal. In addition to making it hard to pedal effectively this means that you are stuck sitting on the saddle (no standing on the pedals) and therefore have to suffer every little bump up your spine. Senior roller

Bought my bolt pro to tool around my neighborhood. Last week I took my car in for service, threw the bolt in the back seat( easily folded up) and rode home. What a blast! Added a basket and padded seat and off I go.

An Absolute Blast!

Have had my Bolt Pro long enough to be familiar and comfortable with it. It's great fun and handy, plus it's a means of exercise if I choose to pedal to assist the battery. It's a great catch.

It's great I go back and forth to swimming pool 3 times a week. It's been solid.

Perfect product

I bought 2 bikes and they work perfect. We achieved routes of about 20 kilometers on terrain with multiple elevations. The engine is very powerful, me, my wife and our 4-year-old daughter on the 2 bikes without problems, the size is very comfortable and allows them to get into the car without problems. We enjoyed the fun and family time on those trips. A good investment, I would like to be a distributor of the product in my country.

Well-made e-bike for an excellent price. Also, it's light enough that I can lift it into the trunk of the car when needed. I had a heavier e-bike but got rid of it since it was too heavy. I'm 70 and can't go on walks with my wife anymore but can ride this e-bike when she goes out. Works very well.
