The Breakaway tips are a bonus

Doing some work around the house and have found these to seemingly stay sharper longer. And for tasks requiring a sharper point, the breakaway points are an additional valuable feature.

Good Value Saw

Saw works great. I've used this saw on about 10 door jambs thus far and saw is still sharp as new. Switching handle left / right is fast and easy.

Great Buy

Got this for wood work projects, and this is well worth it. Cut quick, blade can be flipped for left or right hand, and has stayed sharp after extensive use. Still works just as good as the day i bought it.

Easily reversible to cut left handed or right handed. Small profile to get in small/tight spaces. Good deal.

Nice quality, works, but was still very awkward to use for my purpose (baseboards) and slow versus an oscillating saw.

Works OK for price

Works ok for price, but blade seems to have become dull after cutting just five door jams for three doors. The sixth door jam was difficult to cut.

Used this saw same day I bought it, worked amazingly, the ability to rotate the blade was its best feature, would recommend to everyone.

Very easy to use!

This hand saw was exactly what I needed to trim the door jam in order to install new tile flooring in my guest bath. Being able to switch the direction of the blade from right to left made it super easy to do both sides of the jam from a comfortable position.

Easy and versatile to use

This saw worked perfectly to adjust our door frames when we decided to remove the old carpet and replace it with laminated wood flooring. The handle easily flips from one side to the other to allow you to cut from either end or for left or right-handed use. It made the job go much faster because we didn't have to remove all of the door jams and mouldings.

I bought this saw so I could flush cut. It works great. Sharp teeth and flexible but strong blade.

This saw worked very well for it's intended purpose. The handle was comfortable and it could be switched very easily to saw the opposite direction.

Horrible saw... Not at all for dovetails

I have read other reviews about this saw to see if I am the only one with a bad experience. It appears that this saw works well as a jamb saw. Everything else? Not so much. I bought this saw with the intention of hand-cutting Dovetails. Since it is marketed as a Dovetail saw, I figured it could at least do that. While testing this saw out, the blade drifted horribly. It drifted so much in the cut that the blade was binding and bending and would no longer cut. Getting the cut started is just as ...

Does the job but not sturdy enough for me.

This product is great for the use intended, which is cutting off the lower portion od the door jamb to install lvp flooring. The only issue that I have is that the neck isn't as sturdy as it should be. Once the cutting gets a little tight/rough, the neck flexes too much to give you that extra torque to push through. Other than that, I would rate it 5 stars.
